Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order are based on weight and will be calculated/displayed at checkout.

Local colorado springs customers can choose "free local pickup" at checkout: You will be contacted after you order is complete with pickup address/directions.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at quality1creations@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

I do not accept returns, however I do provide exchanges under certain circumstances. I take great pride in delivering quality products which can be backed by many of my returning customers. Your satisfaction is important to me! Due to the "handmade" nature of my products, slight imperfections that do not affect the longevity or overall function of the product are to be expected. However, if you receive a product damaged or with major error or defect, I will gladly provide an exchange for the same product when the following conditions are met:

Contact me within 5 days of delivery with a description and picture/video of the defect or error @ quality1creations@gmail.com
Ship/return UNUSED item(s) back within 14 days of delivery
I will provide an exchange for same product without error/defect.
